High-performance saw blade, made from a unique HSS Cobalt steel alloy,
with four zones of different hardness.
Zone 1. Tooth hardness = 65 HRC
Maximum tempering possible in Cobalt steels.
Due to the Cobalt content, the hardness of the tooth is maintained
up to temperatures of 600ºC.
Zone 2. Hardness tooth support zone = 32 HRC
Provides a high level of resistance to the blade and prevents tooth breakage.
Zone 3. Blade body hardness = 42 HRC
This hardness gives it great flexibility and significantly reduces
the risk of breakage.
Zone 4. Spine hardness = 50 HRC
Provides great stability to the blade.
