The MPS 3160-K is a specialized jigsaw blade for precise, clean and fine curved cuts in delicate materials. It belongs to the Profi-Line range from MPS, developed for high precision work on laminates, technical plastics and coated boards, both on the top and bottom edges of the material.

Chipping-free cuts on both sides of the material

Thanks to its design with a fine 17 TPI tooth pitch and milled cross-cut, conical geometry, the 3160-K achieves clean and tear-free cuts on the edges, even on fragile or laminated materials. Its 100 mm total length and 75 mm cutting length allow for precise work on thicknesses up to 30 mm.

Ideal for delicate curves and finishes

The blade is optimized for curved and contoured cuts in materials where visual finish is essential, such as MDF, laminates, technical plastics and acrylic glass. It is perfect for interior carpentry, furniture manufacturing, kitchens and work on synthetic materials.
