Unitized Discs - Lockit - Roloc
- Unitized wheels are obtained by joining and pressing sheets of BriteRite fiber using an adhesive system.
- The pressing is complemented with heat, to form a solid block, from which the wheels are cut.
- They are ideal for polishing surfaces and deburring edges.
- Types of abrasive:
A/O Aluminum oxide- matt finishes.
S/C Silicon Carbide - glossy nuanced finishes
Lockit - Roloc anchoring system:
It consists of a male threaded nylon piece, which fits into the Roloc plate with a half turn.
