Slide hammer for inner bearing extractors

The 22-0 series slide hammers are used in conjunction with the 21 series internal pullers. The use of a slide hammer is recommended especially where a bearing surface is unavailable or too delicate. Thanks to the ergonomic shape of the sliding weight, the applied force can be optimally transferred and a strong shock effect is achieved. It also ensures smooth, contact-free removal. Slide hammers with impact masses from 500 g to 8 kg are available for any application through various sizes and accessories.

HOW TO USE:

• Determine the inner diameter of the ball bearing and select a suitable inner puller.
• Insert the extractor into the hole and tighten the clamping nut.
• Screw the shank of the slide hammer into the shaft of the internal puller.
• Use the slide hammer to remove the bearing using a percussion movement.
