High quality work, lower costs. The new ULTIMATECUT 4S countersink works with four instead of three cutting edges. The distribution of forces acting on the four edges significantly reduces axial and radial forces and ensures an extremely smooth and material-friendly operation through unequal division.

In this way, the new ULTIMATECUT 4S countersink not only guarantees a perfect and vibration-free countersinking pattern, but also considerable energy and material savings, with up to 50% time savings and a tool life up to 3 times longer.

For the first time, it is possible to countersink with diameters of up to max. 40 mm can even be carried out with manual screwing and drilling tools using the new cutting-edge technology.

The new ULTIMATECUT 4S countersink works with the same precision on both column drills and CNC-controlled machining centers.

The new ULTIMATECUT 4S countersink comes standard with a 3-component handle, which prevents the chuck from slipping and ensures optimal and constant force transmission during the work process.

RUNaTEC
The internally developed RUNaTEC coating by RUKO guarantees even higher performance. Especially in the case of demanding materials, such as heat-treated steel, the coated RUNaTEC version convinces with its powerful penetration into the material and even better wear resistance.
