The HSS-G step drill with spiral flutes is a high-performance professional tool designed to offer greater cutting efficiency and chip evacuation in progressive drilling of sheet metal.
Made of HSS-G high-speed steel, it allows multiple diameters to be drilled with a single tool thanks to its stepped conical geometry. The helical flutes improve chip evacuation compared to straight-flute versions, giving a smoother drilling action and reducing material build-up. Its design favours cutting stability and a good hole finish. It is aimed at professional work requiring repeatability and dimensional control in thin-gauge drilling.
