The HSS-G step drill with straight flutes is a versatile solution with good performance and durability for routine work in sheet metal, designed to make progressive holes with a single tool.

Made of HSS-G high-speed steel, it allows diameters to be enlarged step by step, avoiding the use of multiple drills. The straight-flute design gives cutting stability and controlled chip evacuation in thin materials. Its stepped conical geometry aids initial centring and improves the hole finish, reducing burrs. It is designed to offer dimensional precision and repeatability in professional applications.
