HSS-G countersink DIN 335 C 90° U-Flute, series 201, SUPERIOR

It is a high-performance HSS-G countersink, with a Split Point cutting geometry to DIN 1412 C, ensuring accurate centring and a controlled cutting start.

It is CBN-ground with optimised chip-evacuation flutes, giving smooth machining with less noise, vibration and burr formation, in non-ferrous metals, cast iron, steel, light metals, thermoplastics and hard plastics, as well as sheet metal up to 4 mm thick. It has 3 cutting edges and a bright finish. It is manufactured to DIN 335 type C, with a 90° countersink angle and a 118° cutting angle, right-hand cutting and cylindrical shank. It belongs to the SUPERIOR range of ERIZO.
